Have you always dreamt of learning ballet? It’s not too late. Intro to Ballet is recommended for students with little or no previous dance experience. Join us to learn the basic elements of ballet broken down into simple exercises that ensure the development of proper technique. Enjoy your newly developed posture, presence, and strength!
Special Instructions for Participants:
It’s best to arrive 15 minutes before class starts in order to sign in, change, and stretch if needed. There will be a desk aide waiting to help you upon your arrival. We recommend socks or ballet slippers and layered clothing that allows free and unrestricted movement.
