Learn the basic Hula & Tahitian dance steps used in our Polynesian Dance Conditioning class, and then enjoy fun and fitness with us at 10 am.
Special Instructions for Participants:
Wear comfortable stretch clothing or dance attire such as leggings and a t-shirt (not too loose). Bring a pareau/sarong if you have one, and keep in mind that we dance bare foot. After learning the basic steps you're invited to stay for the 10am conditioning class! Don't forget to bring your water bottle.
