In this non-violent martial arts class, you will collaborate and blend with your partner’s energy and the present situation. Aikido’s applications for harmony and peace is effective in receiving and responding to life’s daily pressures. In Aikido, like in dance, there’s alignment, mind body practice, flexibility, rhythm, extension and flow. In class, there will also be a performance or demonstration, and after, light refreshments to welcome guests visiting our open house. April 25, Tuesday 6:15-7:30 pm class and demonstration April 28, Friday 6:15-8 pm class and demonstration 8- 8:30 pm refreshments April 30, Sunday 11 am-12:30 pm class and demonstration

Special Instructions for Participants:
Please register to save a spot in class. Cancel ahead of time so others may register for class. ***Arrive 10 minutes early. Since people will be on waitlist, you may loose spot if late to class (you may still watch and join us for refreshments, see schedule). Wear loose-fitting clothing. Plan to be barefoot. ***If you are on the wait list, you are still welcome (wear loose clothing in case there are no shows, which likely happens). We also welcome you to watch the class and demonstration, share reflections, ask questions, and join us for light refreshments. (See schedule in description )
