Rhythm & Motion's Dance Workout is a high energy dance-based workout class that develops fitness through dance and creative physical expression. Essential Rhythms is an excellent introductory class for students new to the workout program, and is ideal for all Rhythm & Motion students who wish to focus more intently on workout choreography and on the fundamentals of dance technique. For beginners, it is the perfect introduction to the Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout Program. For current students, it is an excellent way to acquire deeper understanding of the Fusion Rhythms & Modern Rhythms choreography and technique.
