NIA is fitness that fuses dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, resulting in holistic conditioning. We move to music from a wide variety of musical genres and cultures. The class is non-impact and can be personalized from moment to moment, delivering an effective cardio workout experience in the 55-minute Classic Nia class format. NIA is for EveryBODY!

Special Instructions for Participants:
Sign-up required to participate. Arrive 15 minutes before class to sign in at the Front Desk. Wear comfortable, loose clothing appropriate for dancing. Shoes are optional during class.
