Body of Sound incorporates rhythm, voice and movement to get a full body expressive workout. This class will get you movin’ and groovin’ by learning rhythmic skills and dance combinations. The movement sequences will include body percussion, stepping, clapping, dance and voice. This will challenge you and develop your musicality while building strength, timing, and of course having fun. Come tune your most essential instrument - YOUR BODY! All levels welcome, no experience necessary!
Special Instructions for Participants:
Bring comfortable shoes that make a sound like boots or sneakers, wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
