This class blends yoga and dance to create a fun, inspiring workout and dance party. We’ll drop into the container of Vinyasa yoga on the mat as well as integrate dance moves on the mat and throughout the open floor. Enjoy the benefits of Vinyasa flow such as flexibility, strength, balance, and focus in this Vinyasa flow style, as well as cultivate the creative expression, freedom and inspiring connection of dance. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
Special Instructions for Participants:
Please bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Arrive early as parking is limited.
