Buti fuses yoga with West African, Hip-Hop, Belly dance, Dance Hall and Native Tribal dance for a fun, high-energy workout. The feminine inspired moves challenge the body along all planes of motion for long, lean muscles while incorporating basic dance moves. This class is great for all levels of yogis and dancers.

Special Instructions for Participants:
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. Bring a yoga mat and water. Class is held in the theater upstairs through the double doors.
