Hula & Tahitian Dance + Contemporary Music = Polynesian Dance Conditioning! Men & women ages 13+ will have a blast in this unique fitness session, which was created as a fun conditioning element for dancers, but is open to anyone who desires "something different" in their exercise routine. Previous dance experience is not required. No better way to start your Saturday!
Special Instructions for Participants:
Class attire is neat and modest. All participants should wear t-shirts or tank tops. Bring a towel. Keep in mind that we dance barefoot. Women - bike shorts, leggings or stretch knit pants. Full tank tops only - no armhole cut-outs or low cuts that show undergarments, including sports bras. Men - loose fitting stretch knit shorts or long pants. T-shirt or Full tank tops only (no cut up tank tops).
